Hope of Agony

Published: 2020-10-03

Why so hollow?
You drag me to the cliff's edge,
pull me back as I leap,
and remind me of what lies below.

Why don't you push me.
So my father would have someone to haunt.
My mother, someone to hate.

Push me, let me enjoy the fall, please.
